The National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS), UHAS chapter has arranged with The Ghana Revenue Authority to hold a massive Taxpayer Identification Number Registration for students on campus.
A lot of students do have problems one way or the getting their TIN numbers for their transactions due to academic load and other curricular activities. Since the TIN number has become one of the few needed documents that is frequently requested by banks especially for opening an account.
This mass registration beginning on the Monday 25th to Friday 29th Of January 2021. Getting this Number is free. You will need any of the following to apply for a TIN number;
1. Valid Driver’s license
2. Valid Passport
3. Voters ID
4. Ghana card
NB: make a coloured photocopy of the ID to be used.
Interested students can pick a form at the SRC Office or from any NUGS executive.
The president of the Local NUGS, Hon. Kennedy Awuku Addo is entreating all students UHAS to take chances and participate massively in the registration process.
