In 2002, Cameroon wore a sleeveless kit, and won the Aftican Cup of Nations wearing it. They did win the cup interestingly without conceding a goal.
Later that summer FIFA refused to let them wear it at the the World Cup and they had to improvise sleeves.
Who knows they might have won the World Cup too without conceding a goal should they be allowed.
