African Giant, Burna Boy has disclosed that offerings given in church is for God and that no one should use that as a play.
Burna Boy has sparked a huge debate on social media after he disclosed that offerings given in Church is strictly for God so no man should touch it or use it to play around.
In a simple but controversial tweet, Burna Boy wrote:
“Offering wey people dey give for church na God get am o. No go use PAPA GOD money play o #EgetWhy.”
In reaction, some people agreed with him and as usual, others strongly disagreed with him.Check out some reactions on the video below:
I would rather use my offering to help the less privileged and the needie in the society, God surely understands sey them need am rather than the church we go use the money buy private jet.

What if he meant people that has refused to give their offering saying pastors are the ones using d money? It doesn’t concern u wat the pastor does with the money oo, leave him to God and put ur offering and receive the blessings that come with it. Simple

Why don’t u just give money to less privileged instead. u can go to the motherless homes every end of the months and give the little u can.

When you have finished setting aside a tenth of all your produce in the third year, the year of the tithe, you shall give it to the Levite, the foreigner, the fatherless and the widow, so that they may eat in your towns and be satisfied.

Why not do the two? Give to poor and give the offering to the Church?
