As humans we usually eat. Sometimes for medicinal purpose and sometimes too to fill our stomachs. But I don’t think we have realized that foods that have similar shapes as our body parts have health benefits on them. Well, today we are going to show you some of these foods with their shapes similar to our body parts and their health benefits on them.
1. Walnuts. Walnuts in a way have similar structure as the brain. Walnuts contains proteins and healthy fats therefore helps in the brain functioning. Again, they contain Omega- 3 fatty acid which helps in lowering blood pressure which also improves better functioning of the brain.
When you study a sliced carrot carefully, you will realize that it has the same structure as the eye (inner portion). Carrots contain lutein and beta carotene which are antioxidants. They help to reduce poor vision during the old age. The beta carotene is converted by the body into vitamin A which helps to improve vision during the dark .
3. Sugar cane
Sugar cane as we all know have joints. They are rich in minerals like iron, magnesium, calcium and other electrolytes. These nutrients helps to keep our joints and bones strong.
Banana also have the shape of our men’s men. Banana improves blood circulation there improves strong rooting of our men’s men.
Nuts as u can see have similar shapes as our mother’s rounded milk. They are usually high in monosaturated fats. Nuts help in building our mother’s milk tissues therefore enhancing their growth.
Avocados also have the shape of our hearts especially the seed. Avocados helps in the reduction of cholesterol therefore helps in reducing the risk of heart disease.
Strawberries also have the shape of the heart. They contain antioxidants that combat free radicals to maintain healthy blood vessels, blood pressure, cholesterol and heart tissue. All these benefits helps in the reduction of cardiovascular disease (related to the heart)
The size is also like our backside. It doesn’t really have the features but are a bit similar. Pawpaw contains traces of calcium, magnesium, and vitamin E.
