Drake has announced the release of his sixth album, Certified Lover Boy, this month. The OVO rapper has also begun to give hints that fans should expect new music in the immediate future, following the popularity of his latest songs, including ‘Laugh Now Cry Later,’ ‘Toosie Slide,’ ‘Life is Good ‘ and ‘Going Bad.’
This album will also be his sixth, a special number for Toronto’s Canadian rapper. He dropped the name of the new record when he revealed the release of the album’s lead single, ‘Laugh Now Cry Later.’ “Laugh Now Cry Later off my next studio album CERTIFIED LOVER BOY,” Drake captioned.
Drake’s previous albums includes Thank Me Later, Take Care, Nothing Was the Same, Views and Scorpion.
Drake is a multi-award winning rapper who began his career as an actor in a teen-year-old Canadian TV movie, ‘Degrassi: The Next Generation,’ where he played a character named Jimmy Brooks. Drake then busted on the music scene in 2009 when he signed Young Money Entertainment, Lil Wayne’s label. Since then, he has published hundreds of tracks, including hits including ‘One Dance,’ ‘Hotline Bling,’ ‘Started from The Bottom’ and ‘God’s Plan.’
