Erica Nlewedim fans have begged the CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, to verify their queen after her boyfriend, Kiddwaya, and winner of the Big Brother Naija season five, Laycon, got verified.
Laycon, who currently has 768.6K followers on Twitter during the time of writing this article, has become the first lockdown housemate to be verified on the micro-blogging platform, followed by Kiddwaya.
Olamilekan Agbeleshe, well known as Laycon, got verified after he complained about a fake account bearing his name, which was used to dupe and scammed people, and urged his fans to report that particular account, and in less than 24 hours, the account got verified.
Reacting to the good news Laycon took to his official verified Twitter account, thanked his fans, and urged them to keep growing together.
However, Erica Nlewedim fans are now campaigning for their queen to become the first female housemate to be verified on Twitter as they have taken to the platform to tag the CEO, Jack Dorsey, to give her that recognition.
