Antoine Griezmann admitted Barca were angry and annoyed after been defeated 3-2 to Athletic in the final of the Spanish Super Cup on Sunday.
The French international scored twice in the defeat and his second goal looked to have sealed the win for Barca until Oscar de Marcos leveled in the 90th minute to take the match to an extra time.
Spanish forward Inaki Williams then curled home the winner in extra-time, leaving Griezmann frustrated and calling for his team to make improvements after the match.
“How do you think we are?” We’re pissed off, angry, annoyed…When you lose a final, you have all these bad feelings and you will be pissed off he said.
“We made mistakes at set pieces and we’ll have to work on it well during the week. We didn’t defend well, we didn’t communicate. When the ball goes out, someone has to shout.”
